In this sweet and touching film from Argentina, friendship arises between Olinda, the owner of a Buenos Aires restaurant, and a young German man newly arrived in the city. He's come in search of a lost love--which is exactly the same reason Olinda came there four decades before. Peter's journey becomes an initiation in which he finds more than even he could have imagined. At the same time his presence inadvertently helps to bring back Olinda's own lost hopes and memories.
